Shipping & Delivery

We process orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday) within 48 hours or less. Please note, holidays and high volume periods may delay this process. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and associated tracking number. Tracking is available through Canada Post and will indicate the estimated delivery date.


Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $29 within Canada!


We ship out of the greater Montreal area, the closer you are to us the sooner your parcel will arrive!


Expedited shipping: 2-8 business days
Xpresspost shipping: 2-4 business days
Priority shipping: next business day - 4 business days


Tracked Packet USA: 8-10 business days
Expedited parcel USA: 5-7 business days
Xpresspost USA: 3-4 business days

Please note, delivery estimates are provided by Canada Post and serve as guidelines only. Estimated delivery times are based on normal delivery conditions, and may be subject to delays due to shipping destination, national holidays and/or customs.

In the event that you experience an unusual delay in the delivery of your package, please contact us at One of our customer service team members will respond as soon as possible, as they begin to investigate the whereabouts of your order. If the order has been lost in transit, we will always offer the option to re-send the order or offer you a full refund or store credit.


In the event the parcel is not successfully delivered, unclaimed, or refused, it will be sent back to us and we will proceed with the cancellation and refund of the order, minus the original shipping fee, and minus a $12.95 restocking fee. My Public Beauty will not resend the order unless the customer agrees to pay another shipping fee for its return. 


We are not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charges if incurred on any international orders.
