Placing an order

If you can't find the product you're looking for, we're here to help! Please email us at info@mypublicbeauty.com and we will do our best to locate the product, or provide you with a similar alternative.

We accept accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars ($CAD).

You can only use 1 promo code per order. Promotional codes cannot be applied on previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers.

Creating a customer account allows you to easily access your current order details and history, store shipping and billing addresses, and save payment information allowing for faster checkouts. 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns 30 days from invoice for all new and unused items in their original packaging. Unfortunately, if an item has been opened and used we can no longer accept this item back as a return due to health regulations. Electrical items such as hair straighteners, hairdryers and other tools also fall into this category.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Free shipping is available on all Canadian orders over $29. For all other orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.

All orders are granted a tracking number by Canada Post. Your tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email, and will  allow you to access up to date information on the status of your order.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by CanadaPost, and can be accessed via your tracking link. For more information on estimated delivery times, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.

If you experience an unusual delay in the delivery of your package,  please contact us at orders@mypublicbeauty.com. Please note shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays.
