Maybe you changed your mind, and that’s completely fine. We are happy to accept returns 30 days from invoice for all new and unused items in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, if an item has been opened and used we can no longer accept this item back as a return due to health regulations. Electrical items such as hair straighteners, hairdryers and other tools also fall into this category.
To qualify for a return, please make sure that you tick off the following steps:
- Contact us at email@example.com with your order number, notifying your intention to return your item or your order.
- Confirm that the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, anything that deviates from this will not be accepted as a return.
- Once we confirm your return, please send it back to us using the most cost-effective shipping that is available to you, which includes tracking. Please note: customers are responsible for the shipment costs of returns.
- Make sure to send us the tracking number, we cannot assist untracked returns.
- Once we’ve received your return and confirm its condition, we will provide you with a refund or store credit to the value of the items returned.
